With the core idea of "harmony" and under the background of building the hamonious socialist society, the harmonious enterprise culture is the summation of corporate values, professional ethics, group consciousness, behavior norms and thinking patterns, which is formed through the long-term practice of the enterprise and complied by all the members in the enterprise. Moreover, it thoroughly applies the Scientific Outlook on Development in the process of the building of enterprise culture. Building harmonious enterprise culture is to the benefit of mobilizing enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the staff, and realizes the harmonious development between business and people, business and nature, business and society. It is also to the benefit of sustainable development of enterprises. And the evaluation of harmonious enterprise culture is an essential part of building harmonious enterprise culture.First of all, through literature research of the quantitative evaluation of enterprise culture, harmonious enterprise culture and quantitative evaluation of harmonious enterprise culture, the author has found the deficiency and direction of quantitative evaluation of harmonious enterprise culture studies and proposed the meanings, characteristics and evaluation principles of the harmonious enterprise culture. Secondly, the author has proposed the harmonious enterprise culture evaluating indicator system which includes 4 first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators and 33 third-level indicators. The first-level indicators consist of the spirit of enterprise culture, enterprise system culture, enterprise behavior culture and enterprise material culture. The author has used the expert investigation method and AHP for determining each indicator weight. Next, the author designed the questionnaire, established the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, surveyed each indicators, and changed the results to hundred-mark system form which is easy to understand and compare, so that harmonious enterprise culture evaluation makes more easy maneuverability and guiding significance. Finally, in order to test the practicality of the model, the evaluation model was applied to the Haier Group, and Shandong Huatong Environmental Protection Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd. to conduct empirical study. Through the evaluation of the two companies'harmonious corporate culture construction situation, we can identify weaknesses and then point out the improving direction.
