The rapid development of China’s economy has brought about the expansion of the financial products scale of commercial banks,the questions of financial products are consequent gradually emerged,especially in the links financial products sales,which often exposure some negative disappearance,and even the phenomenon of investors are fraudulented occurs.These negative news emerge in an endless stream,which not only affects the reputation of banks but also triggers disputes between customers and banks,resulting in a crisis of trust in banks.Rural commercial bank,which is oriented to the vast number of county customers,exists some problems,such as low quality of personnel selling financial products and relatively single means of service.The existence of these problems has brought selling achivement pressure to the sales of personal financial products in rural commercial bank.Due to the need of selling performance,the problems like incomplete risk disclosure of financial products,over-emphasizing the propective return of products or only emphasizing the maximum return rate and cover up the existence of investment risk will happen in the process of selling financial products for salemen.These problems will bring hiden danger for the sales of financial products.Therefore,combining the work practice of A rural commercial bank(hereinafter referred to as A rural and Commercial Bank),some methods to control the risk of personal financial sales will be presented in this paper with the purpse of providingsome reference for A rural commercial bank in the risk control of personal financial sales.This paper first describes the theoretical basis of personal finance and related concepts of financial product sales risk,to define the sales risk of financial products.Second,with A farming business is the research object,analyzing the present situation of the bank financial product sales and the risks,to explore the problems existing in the sales of individual wealth management products,find out the cause of the problems,combined with the method of case analysis,by using the theory of investment risk,comprehensive risk management theory and other related theory of internal control,summarized draw against A bank financial product sales risk internal control improvement program design principle,framework,content,and the management of the sales link should reach goals,the key indicators of need to improve.Then,from aspects such as strengthen personnel management and perfect appraisal mechanism improvement scheme implementation need protection measures are put forward,on the whole sales process each link,operation personnel,key indicators and so on has carried on the detailed specification,enrich the financial product sales of A bank risk internal control measures,optimized the sales process.Finally,the improved sales process was implemented in A branch of rural commercial bank of A.From the perspective of practice,the improved sales process is conducive to further strengthening the internal control of financial product sales risk of rural commercial bank of A and effectively preventing risks.The improved sales process can also provide certain reference significance for other rural commercial Banks with similar scale,similar business nature and similar business types to A rural commercial bank in controlling the sales risk of personal finance products.
