Bank service counter is the first gate between the bank and it's clients. Mr. WenRui Jiang's research on recent financial crimes committed related to operation risk revealed that more than 70% financial crimes were committed at service counter. Based on this finding, bank's financial crimes occur mainly at the bank service counter. It is inescapable that Chinese Banking regulators and bank managers must pay enough attention to bank service counter risk and should establish a series of regulations whose target is bank service counter risk. The service counter should become the battlefield against financial crimes. Although bank service counter risk may occur at private service counter or company service counter, company service counter's clients are not more than private service counter's, and bank's company service counter deals much more magnitude transaction funds and provides much more service types than private service. In addition, bank's company service is stronger restricted by policy and technology. Every bank's company service's process is complicated and linked with each other, so the operators must be more able, and every service counter's operation post must be higher supervised each other. The risks that bank's company service counter faces are so many and the causes of them are complex. So, it is very significant that we aim at bank's company service counter's risk, and studying research how to solve it and finding the solutions.Firstly, based on working experiences and practices in bank, started from which character the bank's company service counter plays, this article leads to what we will talk about. Secondly, based on introducing Chinese bank company service's specific and detailed frames, citing statistics and examples, and interweaving typical cases, this article combines Chinese bank's company service status with its risk categories, to discuss the service type, each service type's risk and the cause of service risk. Thirdly, this article exams every risk of bank's company service counter so that it makes a systematic review to the whole risk in order to indicate the importance and urgency of risk guard. Finally, started with the "person" way to solve, the "software" way to solve and the "hardware" way to solve separately, this article sums up the main preventive measures. In order to improve the ability to guard against Chinese bank's company service counter's risk, this article reduces risk occurring probability and maintains national financial law and order, this article gives practical and significant way to related person, lets them know what should be learned, mastered and used.The circumstances which caused the bank's company service counter's risk including subjective factors and objective factors (such as management, people, mechanism, process, technique, outside clients, exterior affairs, and so on). Each factor restricts each other and influences each other. In view of these facts, this article adopts level analysis way. Through analyzing every associated factors, this article gives more analysis on bank's company service counter's risk and brings forward specific countermeasures to prevent the risk of bank's company service counter.
