The E-bank is a new bank service method which depends on the development of internet. It breaks through the limitation of the traditional bank with the aid of internet and has demonstrated its deep development potential to the field by its huge success.Considering the fact that China is incomplete in establishing an advanced risk management system of E-bank, the article tries to give some advices on the Service-risk Management for E-bank with the help of cause analysis and the classification of E-bank Service-risks. This article proposed the risk control policies and control program that should be established to avoid the Service-risk for E-bank.With regard to successful experience obtained from the U.S.A. &HongKong's practice in establishing an advanced risk management system of E-bank ,this article applies the oretical and the practical methods to establish a set of complete E-bank Service-risk management system and practical precautious measures of E-bank Service-risks within the China commercial banking system.This article consists of four parts with detail as follows.Part one introduces the categories of E-bank and the general development status of E-bank in China.Part two introduces the general idea of E-bank business and the existing problems relative to E-bank of China commercial banks. It points out the feasibility and requirement of E-bank business in China consumer banks.Part three introduces the categories of E-bank risks and the major risks that China commercial banks are facing in developing the business of E-bank. The major risks include operation risk ,market risk, and law risk.Part four focuses on reviewing the establishment and the operation model of some advanced risk management system on E-bank, the risk management of its E-bank, and its important referential significance to China E-bank business.Then on the basis of systematic analysis, the article proposes prevention methods of service-risks, including regulation and certification of service-risks. Also the article gives some advices based on present situation of China E-bank business and problems existed in it.This article finally proposes the E-bank Service-risk management strategy and summarize the significance of the whole work.
