With the company continuing to grow, materials management has become a prominent problem. How to manage the large amount of materials and logistics cost savings of the company have become the key issues of the research. The company's logistics system planning catches more and more attention. Foreign company has developed a scientific development of supply chain management system, using advanced logistics management concepts to greatly reduce the administrative costs of materials, which results in enormous economic benefits. Relatively late development of the logistics industry in China, how to use the advanced logistics management and the company's" great idea to bring economic benefits are the issues of great importance to companies.This stage, whether in the field of theoretical research or practical applications, "logistics" has become a hot topic. With the booming economy, China's growing number of enterprises through the merger in its own way of development or the formation of large enterprise groups. But their internal logistics supply system has not been fundamentally changed to meet the new requirements of development, while for the field relatively lacking exploration and research, the author is based on the above situation, and a large enterprise group analysis within the logistics system to research and plan, and build up logistics system evaluation model, strive to establish a reasonable and relatively common logistics solutions in order to transform logistics enterprise groups.The author has researched a major company's (SCMC company) logistics system for 3 months, and has formed a research report for planning and evaluation, which is divided in five chapters: Chapter 1, Introduction. This chapter firstly analyzes the development of domestic and foreign logistics companies's present situation at home and abroad in the mainstream logistics system; and then on the object-SCMC research company profiles describing the proposed requirements of its existing logistics systems.Chapter 2, The logistics department of SCMC company Analysis. This chapter analyzes the province of Sichuan Provincial Government from the company's internal and external environment, and the development of logistics planning and policy analysis of groups of companies within the same time the overall planning and logistics requirements. Then the logistics department of the company's organizational structure, staffing situation, warehouse management, logistics and distribution status, the three logistics, logistics IT systems status, etc. And it uses the method of SWOT to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and comprehensive threats.Chapter 3, SCMC company logistics system planning and development of information technology. The chapter start from planning the company's logistics system on the SCMC and resolving specific programs, the logistics network planning and mode choice. The choice of various types of materials storage mode, centralized storage model of network planning, logistics network operation mode selection, distribution, process optimization and mode selection, logistics information system development and other aspects are in deep analysis. And the chapter identifies possible logistics models.Chapter 4, SCMC logistics department evaluation system. In this chapter, the author seeks to establish a viable and relatively common logistics system evaluation system for such large companies, large enterprises and gives reasonable assessments to the logistics system. Chapter 5, Conclusions and Outlook. The author gives some ideas on how to develop the internal logistics system well and reduce costs of it.As the author of knowledge is limited contacting with the logistics industry is still light, and the object of research is simple.
