Through the comprehensive investigation on Weite company's logistics center, this article optimizes Weite company's logistics operation system based on a synthetic use of some foundation theory and methods; such as modern logistics management, system programming etc. It aims to guide and boost the operation system layout and development in those logistics companies which are in medium or small size.Firstly, this article makes an introduction of some theories like logistics, logistics center and logistics operation system etc. It also analyzes the current situation and the development trends of logistics and logistics operation system in domestic and overseas. Secondly, this article finds out Weite company's problem in the operation system by analyses of its current situation. And this article put emphasize on the necessity to optimize the operation system and introduces some principle of optimization. It also gives further planning scheme for the company's logistics operation system; re-plan the function of the logistics elements; optimize flow design; make overall arrangements and planning based on the theory of Systematic Layout Planning (SLP); analyze the commodity in stock through the A-B-C-key-managing Method; make each warehouse's function more detailed; carry out operation management with ration and collocate resources reasonable. At last, this article comprehensively evaluates the company's logistics operation system. It is affirmed that the system optimization will make the efficiency higher and increase utilization rate.
