Scheme Design On The Measure To Improve The Productivity Of Lubao Steel Pipe Company's Rotary Hearth Furnace

Improve the productivity is IE's starting point and ultimate purpose. It's generation is to reduce our waste, costs and improve productivity, the history of IE is also indicate it. It is IE's important feature that research on reduction of cost, improvement of quality and production coefficient in order to pursue the best cost-effectiveness of production system.In this paper, Lu Po-ring furnace productivity of the company failed to meet the needs of companies to develop practical problems to enhance productivity as the goal ring furnace, productivity management theory and the use of ring furnace heating principles, the impact of productivity factors, and measures to enhance productivity, the implementation of the programme Improve the company's production capacity.Nowadays, LuBao Steel Pipe Company's rotary hearth furnace have failed to meet the needs of company's development, we have researched on it to aim at the above practical problem in order to improve productivity of rotary hearth furnace. We use productivity management theory and heating principle of rotary hearth furnace to anylysis influence factor of productivity, and then put forward relevant solutions. The implementation of the solutions have improved the company's manufacturing ability.This article describes the following four points:(1) It describes the productivity management theory and heating principle of rotary hearth furnace.(2) We test the productivity of rotary hearth furnace, and make a comparison with the productivity of same furnace and company's development requirements. And then we analysis the differences of them.(3) We analysis the influence factor of productivity.(4) We put forward the solutions of improving productivity:LuBao Company built a new gas station and reform the combustion system of rotary hearth furnace by using coal gas to substitute heavy oil and orimulsion oil. We raised capacity and heat ability of the rotary hearth furnace which changed dramatically Compared to the past. We have optimized the rotary hearth furnace heating system in order to meet the requirements that because of combustion system transition of rotary hearth furnace and capacity transformation of the rotary hearth furnace.The above transformation improve the production coefficient of LuBao Steel Pipe Company's rotary hearth furnace, reduce consumption of resources, improve the heating quality of tube blank.
