| With the rapid development of China urbanization, land use issues in development zone receive more and more attention and concern.the contradictions between development zone land supply and demand are becoming increasingly acute,and the role that development zone land resources play in the sustainable social and economic development becomes marked.Development zone land intensive utility is of far-reaching significance to the improvement of development zone land utility efficiency,the dynamic total size balance of cultivated land and the sustainable social and economic development.So the research work of Chinese development zone land intensive utility is of profound theoretical and practical significance.This paper uses theory of land economics. Using empirical analysis, mathematical methods of statistical analysis, it research from several aspects. The first is Research Overview of intensive land use in development zone. First,this paper outlines background and significance of intensive land use in development zone. Then, it dissects status of intensive land use in Chuxiong development zone and evaluates land intensive use degree of Chuxiong by analyzing the ontcomes.The 4th chaper measures the level of land intensive use of 10 typical industrial enterprises in Chuxiong development zone. Finally, the fifth chapter make a conclusion on the land intensive use in Chuxiong economic development zone with the few chapters analysis before. At the same time, this paper puts countermeasures and improvements to enhance the overall level of land intensive use in Chuxiong economic development zone.Through the analysis,the land use regulatory performance of Chuxiong development zone is good. However, residential land in the zone which does not output account for a large section. Industrial land development and use intensity are relatively low. Chuxiong development zone should increase rate of industrial land in land use and optimizate structure in land use in future. |
