Knowledge Cooperation With The World Bank Study

The cooperation between China and the World Bank began since 1980. The cooperation is based on fund loans, supplemented by knowledge cooperation. As China's economic strength, however, the World Bank funds bank function is weakened with increasing the role of the knowledge bank. Fund loans based cooperation strategy can not meet the economic and social development. And how to locate the World Bank's knowledge bank function is a problem which should be solved in full use of World Bank's knowledge resources to promote China's reform and development.Along with the deepening of reform, some deep-seated contradictions are becoming apparent. Resolution of these conflicts requires not only financial support, even more important development experience and developing knowledge support. The World Bank has extensive knowledge and practical experience. It should be put more emphasis on knowledge cooperation and adjust the strategy of our country and the World Bank to the "dual core" strategies of knowledge and loans.This article first reviews the process of the advance of the World Bank's knowledge bank and defines the concept of knowledge bank, Summarize the history of knowledge coll aboration analysis of the main content knowledge of cooperation and concrete way. Analysis of financial role in promoting cooperation between China and the World Bank, summed up the experience of knowledge cooperation.This paper demonstrates from three aspects that it should enhance the knowledge cooperation between China and the World Bank, and proposes to accelerate the cooperation knowledge.
