The Comparing Research On The Scientific Knowledge, The Technical Knowledge And The Engineering Knowledge

With the ternary elements in science, technology and engineering, it has broken the traditional dualism in science and technology; it has provided the logical premise and the rationale for the establishment of the engineering philosophy. With this premise, the scientific knowledge, the technical knowledge, the engineering knowledge existed as the science, technical, the engineering theory knowledge, they had different natural essences and characters. Therefore, inquired into three essences and the characters, the relation and the difference from the philosophy level has the important theory significance and the practical significance to the scientific philosophy, the technical philosophy, particularly to the establishment of the philosophy on the engineering.The basic researching process for this paper is: first, by combing the history of the knowledge theory, the author constructs his own standpoint on the knowledge theory. We clarify the dividing lines under the ternary elements in science, technology and engineering; by minutely examining for tow sides, what the knowledge is and how it is possible, namely the examination of the knowledge bases on what kind of the actions, and then analyzed the how to remain and the dismissing about the previous scientific knowledge, the technical knowledge, the project knowledge in the frame of the popular knowledge. On the author's view, by comparing, the author tries to define the natures and the characters, the difference and the connecting about the three kinds of knowledge.According to the basic researching process, we first combed the history of the knowledge, narrated the system of knowledge from ancient times, modern, modern and the contemporary, by analyzing the popular episteme of positivism, and defined the episteme that based on the real life. Secondly, with the ternary elements premise, the author defined the science; technology and the engineering, preparing for deeply compare the previous scientific knowledge, the technical knowledge, and the project knowledge. In the analyzing of the science knowledge, the discuss based on the episteme of positivism, by analyzing the standard model for the science knowledge and the logic thought with the model, and expounded the animadvert of the parts of the inner and outer about the science of the philosophy on the standard model, to expose the nature and the character of the science knowledge. In the analyzing of the technology knowledge, by exposing the kinds of understandings about the technology, the author analyzed the modern technology's nature and its natural characters. In the analyzing of the engineering knowledge, the author discussed the engineering knowledge's nature and its natural characters with the specialty and complexity, and its plight nature and its high colligation.This article believed that, the discuss basing on the practice episteme, the scientific knowledge took as the descriptive knowledge, its goal and the intention is lies on the understanding world, the description the way of world existence; the technical knowledge took as the motion the procedural nature and the standard knowledge, its goal lies on the solution of the question in the practice process "makes any" and "how does"; but the engineering knowledge took as the plight knowledge, its goal lies on the artificial successful construction in the boundary territory. The three have the different nature, but have the extremely close relationship.
