| Industrial transfer is an economic phenomenon that some industries transfer from one region to others. This economic phenomenon inevitably accompanied by labor, capital, technology and management, and factors of production flows. Therefore, the industrial transfer is a process in which different factors of production to re-optimize configuration. It's very important to promote the coordinated development of regional economics.Pearl River Delta Region through the 30 years of rapid growth and constant accumulation already has some necessary conditions to industrial upgrading. In order to free space for the development of emerging industries, some recessionary industry must be transfer. This paper researches industrial transfer and its location choice of Pearl River Delta. Firstly, this paper describes the factors that impact of the Pearl River Delta Industrial Transfer and the location choice, and analyzes the regional economic effects of the industrial transfer. Then, this paper put forward the challenges from industrial agglomeration to industrial gradient transfer theory, and analyzed the formation mechanism of the transfer of industries based on the accumulated effect. At last we construct the indicators to measure industrial agglomeration, to measure the changes of comparative advantage and industrial agglomeration situation. Based on the result we can find the trend of industrial transfer and its location choice's destination of Pearl River Delta.To promote the industrial transfer and its location choice of Pearl River Delta, we should do a good job at industrial screening and industrial upgrading, prevent the hollowing out, and form an industrial agglomeration-oriented strategy based on industrial- gradient. The Industrial undertaking area should enhance the ability of accept industrial transfer, meanwhile, to avoid the transfer of industry from the end, only became of pollution. |
