Weak Project Tender Aspects Of Internal Risk Control System Is Constructed

Constructional intelligent system is a new field of engineering.Especially in bidding stage,There are many factors of project will bring the risk,such as future of the project nature,project complexity, project changes in the environment, the human factor in the project.Risk of the bidding stage can be divided into external risks and internal risk. The internal risk means the problem issues arising from the enterprises themselves in the bidding stage.In this article,the author takes a view as an intelligent systems integrator to analyze the internal risk of bidding stage.Looking for the reasons and propose effective solutions.One of the resolution of Unclear responsibilities, division of labor is not clear is to establish the responsibility matrix of the operation and bidding project, and to develop an operation and bidding management software,which can effectively prevent the generation of internal risk.For engineering companies,especially private engineering company, the method can improve their own tendering process in the early ability to resist risks.The research method of this thesis is to work on a number of successful cases in the operation and biding project in the field of intelligent system integration,to draw a list of WBS,to find the main reason in internal risk through the questionnaire survey method.To a list of WBS of the bidding stage, we determine the optimized workflow.Full article process is to find the main causes behind the Internal risk,such as unclear Responsibilities and the division of labor.To identify practical solutions, Responsibility assignment matrix is necessary to established. In order to optimize the responsibility assignment matrix, we have established an information platform.The conclusion of this thesis is to establish the responsibility matrix of bidding service project, clarify the job responsibilities.And develop software about the risk control in bidding stage of the intelligent systems.Through the information platform for the various functional modules to control the formation of internal riskBased on the conclusion of the internal risk of the system in addition to the establishment of a summary,we have a major prospect on the platform of. intelligent system.We can create a weak industry information integration platform, including the integration of the part of the information platform and the building of the weak current engineering information platform. In this platform, the suppliers, contractors, the owner, supervision of these can be in the platform project management. Ultimately reach the tender fair, just and open. This is also a future research direction.
