Study On The System Of Bidding And Bidding-Evaluating In The Building Intelligent Project

Building intelligent project, a symbol of civilization and progress, is the inevitable trend of the development of the information society. The multitude, scale, quality, and techniques involved pose new challenges to the bidding in building intelligent project. So it is high time for bidding operators to think about how to decide sound and feasible bidding method and process, choose qualified contractors with advanced technology, high reputation, good organization, with a view to eliminating corruption, ensuring quality, schedule and safety of the project and enhancing the investment benefits.On the basis of background mentioned above and employment of the Game Theory and Fuzzy AHP, the paper analyses the current problems in the bidding market of the building intelligent project, and then proposes the concept of "the lowest quoted price in limited scope" . The paper tries to open up new thinking and finds the scientific and effective appraisal method.Main work carried out in the paper is as followed:1 The paper introduces the general development, present condition and future trend of building intelligent project in our country and some foreign bidding models, analyses the existent questions and compares bidding patterns home and abroad, and points out some solutions to improvebuilding intelligent project bidding.2 Based on the Game Theory, the paper raises "the lowest quoted price" and relevant bidding procedures and demonstrates its feasibility. The paper then establishes scientific and reasonable appraisal index system and defines the "limited scope" , on the principle of FAHP and research of appraisal index.3 The paper applies the appraisal model founded to a building intelligent project in a hospital in Taizhou city and gets ideal simulant results, which indicate scientific and practical value of the model.Eventually, the paper sums up the main conclusion and puts forward problems to solve later.
