Nowadays, in the financial crisis circumstance, our government proposed the 4 trillion investing plan in all the industries to stimulate the economics. Majority of the investment applies in the municipal construction. Under this background, also combineing with the analysis of the inherent characteristics of our government investment construction projects, this thesis points out the major two problems which the government investment construction projects have. These two problems are the lack of sufficiency in the professionalism and specialization of the project construction because the unqulified management of the project organizier and the serious overspending in the project investment. Therefore, carrying out the risk management and the cost control in the government investment construction project becomes meaningful. In the preliminary stage of the construction projects'appraisal period, we may carry out the technical appraisal in all the specialties of the construction. Thus, it can, from the beginning of the project, reduce the project technical risks and the investment cost. I unify with my own practical work experience to introduce the appraisal methods and procedure of a construction project. Then, after the project begins, we may carry out the cost control management as it will become vital. The entire process cost control and the internal and external cost management can significantly save the investment cost of our government investment construction projects. This thesis uses actual project examples to introduce the utilization of the cost control methods as well. |
