Based On The Research On The Cost Control System Of Government Investment Agency Construction Projects

With the reform and opening up and national economic development,in order to increase investment in fixed assets,pay attention to infrastructure construction,the Chinese government to implement a proactive fiscal policy,year by year to increase domestic infrastructure.Government investment in the amount of increasing year by year cause serious cost waste situation.In order to solve this problem,this paper designs a set of effective project cost control system for the government investment project,which fully displays the government investment benefit.At present,government investment projects widely use the agent construction model to achieve the cost control.The model can’t realize the scientific and effective control and management,because this model mainly takes the experience of the project manager as the main factor.Based on the present situation and problems of cost management of agent construction projects in China,combining with specific project cases,this paper proposes a cost control system of government investment in construction projects in China,The system combines scientific cost analysis and processing strategy to control the life cycle principle of the project at all stages of the cost of the purpose.This paper constructs the cost control system of government investment agent project,which mainly content includes the following four aspects: First,the entropy weight method is used to measure the system decision index,and select the optimal investment scheme.Secondly,AHP is used to establish the hierarchical structure model of the project,which mainly analyzes and determines the influencing factors in the construction process of the project investment project.Again,earned value method is used to view the progress of information and cost of consumption,to estimate and forecast the total investment cost of the project.Finally,the paper puts forward the cost control strategy of the whole process of the project,which can control the whole life cycle of the cost control project.This paper sets up scientific and reasonable cost control system,and uses the scientific cost calculation method to achieve the purpose of reasonable cost control through the present situation of current government construction project.In the whole life cycle of the project,this paper has implemented the cost control strategy,and carries on the practice verification practice.The cost control system and method are used in the project case to validate the practicality and operation of the cost control system,realizing the application of cost control in practice,and obtaining very practical effect and objective benefits.In summary,this cost control system can achieve scientific and reasonable control of project costs to improve government investment efficiency.Therefore,it has a strong theoretical value and practical significance.
