Government investment projects are fixed-asset construction projects funded by government departments.Traditional government investment project management has exposed problems such as waste of funds and confusion of power and responsibility.The implementation of the agent construction system model has effectively solved these problems.However,due to the large scale,long cycle,and high risks of government investment projects,the problem of agent construction risk management has always been a problem that hinders the development of government investment.Therefore,Therefore,it is of great significance to study the risk management of agent construction of government investment projectsThis paper analyzes the research status of government investment project management models at home and abroad,project risk management,and related agent construction systems.Combining the government investment project agent construction management theory,risk management theory,and principal-agent theory,analyze the government investment project agent construction management status and agent construction risk management issues.The agent construction process of government-invested projects is divided into four stages: decision-making,design,construction,and completion acceptance.The risks faced by each stage are analyzed to initially construct an agent construction risk index system.The three-scale AHP method is used to select key risk indicators,and the COWA operator and the extension-element method are used to establish a risk assessment model for government investment projects.Therefore,determine the key risks of each stage and the overall risk level and transformation status of the project,and take corresponding measures after getting the warning level.Then based on the project implementation environment,it analyzes the agency construction risk of government investment projects,clarifies the internal interaction of risk factors,and constructs a government investment agency construction cost,quality,progress target risk causality diagram and agency construction risk stock flow diagram.The actual case was used to verify the agent construction risk evaluation model,and Vensim software was used to simulate the changes in the target risk of agent construction projects under different government risk control schemes to achieve overall agent construction risk control.Finally,it summarizes the research conclusions and deficiencies of this thesis,and puts forward suggestions for agent construction risk management.It plays a certain role in improving the level of agent construction risk management and enhancing the scientific nature of decision-making. |
