IT technical reform project of Pudong Airport is an important way for Shanghai Airport achieving overall strategy development goals and improve passenger service levels and meet the needs of the aviation business. In the calendar year for the airport owner side IT technical reform, there are a number of contractors participating in the construction, difficult to make cross-organizational collaborative management; The organization within the company is huge, IT department is difficult to achieve information synergies with other secondary unit; The internal communication mode of the IT department is single, the project program's work is difficult to co-ordinate and so on.Based on this, the dissertation analyzed Pudong airport IT technical reform "collaborative" issue as a focal point, pertinently put forward "IT Project Program collaboration Management and Information Integration platform" subject, and its relevant content has been systematically studied, mainly research contents are as follows:(1) Occurring from the background of large-scale civil airports construction, introduced Pudong Airport technical reform projects program management model, proposed IT project program collaborative management major problems, clarifying research purpose and significance of the dissertation. It comprehensively discussed project program management, collaborative management, information integration platform in domestic and foreign research and practice, and start from other industries to sum up other industries project program management features.(2) It detail introduced the background of T1 IT technical reform project program, objectives and specific content, summed up general characteristics such as large-scale IT project program investment, construction schedule tight, high quality requirements, design professional. Summed up the unique characteristics such as owner side has a large amount of contract coordination management with contractors, operational contradiction with technical reform, and difficulties related to user units in the coordination. It analyzed the situation of project program management, pointing out that collaborative management was the biggest problem facing.(3) Building the airport collaborative management model, according to model, summed up five types of the project management work such as relationship between organizational coordination, owner side of the contractor contract management coordination, IT coordination between projects, IT departments and end-user collaboration, IT departments and related units coordination, mining analysis the ability of coordination of Pudong airport. For the shortcoming of collaborative management, put forward through the information integration platform to improve the strategy.(4) Analysis of the Pudong airport's existing IT systems supporting collaborative management of the project program's limitations. Using modern information system design method puts forward Pudong airport coordination idea and goals. The information integration platform established functional structure model, network architecture model and the general framework model. Proposed the information integration platform contains collaborative management module, project information dissemination module, system maintenance modules, the three subsystems together constitute Pudong Airport IT technical reform project program projects collaborative management supporting platform, it provides method guidance for solving project program projects collaborative management.
