With the fast development of informationization, the information system for Logistics Enterprises has entered a rapid developmental period. The information platform of Shenzhen Airport Aviation Logistics started late and sporadically. Its' overall development and application are still at a lower level, which is demonstrated as lacking of thorough and personalized services, unified standard and planning, and online interactive application. Therefore, new thinking and ideas should be introduced and explored on the way to the further development of its Logistics information Platform.The study analyzes the current operational status and existing issues of Shenzhen Airport Logistics Information Platform based on Logistics Information System, CRM and the relevant theories of process reengineering. In the study, the customer-centered thinking is stated as the development idea for Shenzhen Airport Logistics Information Platform. It is demonstrated that the CRM principle could be applied in the integrated construction for aviation logistics. Sincethe process reengineering is the key process of Logistics Information Platform based on CRM, the customer-oriented idea and strategy should be proposed accordingly. The key processes include integrating the information system, establishing the comprehensive service platform, optimizing the process, and making sure that more personalized services would be provided.In the end, recommendations are made that the establishment to Shenzhen Airport Logistics Public Information Platform would be carried out systematically and gradually with multi-directional supports and renewed ideas.
