Based On The Progress Of The Construction Project Control Models And Mechanisms Of Supply Chain Management Thinking

With the development of economic globalization, the construction of large-scale projects are becoming more and more frequent, so this trend puts forward higher requirements to control the progress of projects. Participants in large-scale construction projects are so many and the factors that affect the control of the progress are so complicated, therefore how to effectively coordinate the engineering activities of all parties to ensure the goal of construction schedule is a problem deserving of study. The ideas of Supply Chain Management(SCM) has achieved satisfactory results in manufacturing industry, domestic and foreign scholars also have introduced the ideas of SCM into the construction field and made some research results.Based on the characteristics of large-scale construction projects,SCM and construction supply chain management, this paper will apply the basic idea of SCM to the control of construction projects, solving the problem of the large-scale construction project schedule control.This paper which is based on the ideas of SCM and the theory of project schedule Control,applies the analysis methods of system science, the cross-subject comprehensive research methods, the combination of comparison and induction, the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis into the progress control of large-scale construction projects, puts forward the model of integrated schedule control,delves into the model of integrated schedule control in large-scale projects and control mechanisms.This paper has made some progress in the following research fields: (1)Based on the theory about SCM and construction project schedule control, analysis how to apply SCM into the schedule control of construction project systematically; (2) Based on the disadvantages of existing schedule control model and integrated management thought, put forward the model of integrated schedule control,then analyze it's contents;(3)Analysis the contents of the integrated organization, integrated processes,integrated activities, integrated objectives and the measures of them; (4) Based on the model of integrated schedule control, analysis the mechanisms of construction project progress control.The study of this paper furthers the research about the application of SCM into large-scale construction projects, having a positive meaning in the progress control of large-scale construction projects,and provides us reference for improving the management level of large-scale construction projects.
