Public Image Of The Administrative Leader

Administrative leader is the representative of the government and the core of government's image. Government policy and outline need to be communicated and executed through administrative leaders. In a sense, government image is the Public image of the leader. Therefore, whether China or foreign countries attach great importance to public image building of administrative leader. This paper attempts to explain through the public image of the administrative leaders of the meaning, significance, characteristics, performance, influencing factors and so on, focusing on factors of affecting public image building. This paper makes use of the theory of Leadership and Political Communication comprehensively.
