Farmers In Land Issues, The Vision Of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics

The issue of land is the most closely related issue with humanity`s multiplication. History of human society development lies the clue of origination,development of the relations between human race and land.Many nature and man‐made disasters are directly or indirectly related to it. In contemporary society, the land issue of the farmer is still the foundation and the core of rural economy system, as it not only matters to reasonal use of countryside land, to the rural economic development, to rural community`s stability, and to the entire national economy`s development.Under the direction of Marxism Historical Materialism, this paper focuses on the issue of farmer'lands and centres on the farmer'rights of land ownership and management .It reviews the evolution of the farmer‐land relation historically, comprehensively analyses the achievements and problems brought by applying the household contract responsibility system and outlines prospects of issue of farmer's lands with the Chinese Characteristics.The paper is divided into four parts.The first part of the text elaborates elementary theory, including the Marxist view on this issue such as land ownership theory and land rent theory,one of land issue of farmer in Soviet pattern and Chinese characteristic socialism system.The second part reviews and analyzes evolution process of land issue of farmer in various historical stages in our country, and learns from lessens to reveal the development path of present countryside land policy.The third part describes the main realistic problems faced by the policy of land collective ownership and household contract management, that is,various contradictions aroused by the speeding up of the process of reform and opening‐up and socialist modernization.The fourth part outlines the development direction and the tendency of the issue of farmer land as well as the trend of countryside land policy,mainly on the foundation of analyzing the basic economic system,the basic management system and social utilities.
