The land is the most important production- and living-source and plays a crucial role in our state economic development. Meanwhile, the land system considered as the primary economy system, set the land possess and utility-fashion which relates with the social class of people closely and associates with the national politics stability and social development. Our focus on investigation of the publicly-owned of socialism of our country is lying in learning the evolvement course, making sense of the essential trait, holding the development trend, consummating the related system, which contributes to stabilize the relation of our all social class, exert the advantage of the land resource in the state economy development and promote the establishment of the modernization construction and harmonious society.The study pivot for the publicly-owned of socialism is the land publicly-owned system which exerted the acceleration to our revolution and construction, was the main supporter of historical important task in building the well-off society in an all-round way and was indispensable for acquiring the preliminary right in our country. However, it is problematic herein, including the following three facets: First of all, the theory of publicly-owned of socialism is imperfection and lack of instruction quality; Secondly, some defects exist in the land administration system; Finally, the law and statute correlated with the land is distempered. Recognition again for the land publicly-owned of socialism, we analyzed three-aspects problem and listed the main reason giving rise to these problems: publicly-owned of socialist land of our country has the relativity and duality whose perfection was influenced with many factors. In succession, some advices were put forwarded to resolve these problems that mostly include: On the one hand, it is essential to abolish the dualistic configuration and develop the national proprietorial system of socialist land, furthermore, the state-owned and the collective land were combined into the national proprietorial system of land. On the other hand, the persistent utilization and administration of land should be strengthened and legal system associated with the land should be perfected. As noted above, only the innovation in developing national proprietorial system of land in our country and innovation of methods in utilizing and managing the land resource, consecutive perfection of publicly-owned system of socialist land and consolidation of the basic status of publicly-owned of socialism are the elementary guarantee for our modernization construction performed smoothly.
