BW is an industrial enterprise specialized in plastic recreational products, with an industrial integration between research & development, manufacturing, sales & marketing, and logistics. With ownership to autonomous intellectual property rights and autonomous brands, BW has instituted sales representations of the "BW" brand in over 80 countries, and has also established branch offices and sales offices in North America, Europe, Central & South America, and Hong Kong. BW is currently ranked second in the world on brand value, sales revenue, production capacity, and represented 12% of internationally market share in its category.It has been seventeen years since BW was set up. We have gained a lot of experience and lessons. In the past three years, with exploration and adjustment to the operational strategy, BW has recognized the improvement for a defined operational management is the most important mission for the operation of an enterprise. Implementing the theory of profit maximization, the idea of enterprise resource integration, and the matching theory, Implementing input-output management to utilize minimal investment for maximum yield; developing lean thinking to control manufacturing cost; attaching importance to integrated research & development; stressing on supply chain management; integrating the refined ideology throughout the entire BW operational strategy; utilizing the ERP (Enterprises Resource Planning) system as a supplementary tool to support the implementation of operational strategy. At the same time, recognizing the importance of enterprise's culture, utilizing a suitable and practical management strategy for human resource and finance management, collectively as a powerful support and monitoring instrument for the stratagem and execution of operational management.After three years of effort under the correct operational strategy, the operational management of BW has achieved great progress and has improved significantly. It has been proven that the application of computer information management system as a means of implementation of the strategy is effective. Looking forward, in order for BW to maintain its competitive advantage, and to become No.1 in its industry, throughout the execution of operational strategy, one must advocate lean thinking that penetrate progressively throughout the enterprise, to concentrate on quick and spontaneous reaction, to further increase the idea of balance under the management model of industrial chain, to continue to improve upon the structure and execution of the enterprise's work flow. To enhance the range and quality of the application and development of the computer information management systems.
