This paper based on the theory of lean thinking for the T Telecom service platform specialty operation management is studied,using lean thought value,value stream,flow,demand pull,perfect five principles of theory and analysis problems existed in t telecom business platform for professional operation management,find out the reasons.T telecom service platform specialty operation management in customer value less attention,leading to waste a lot of link exists in service platform construction and maintenance of links,resulting in investment and maintenance costs are too high,resource utilization rate is low,service system reliability is low,repair failure time is long.This paper uses the theory of lean thinking to redefine the value goal,the design operation and management platform of professional solutions,to improve the construction process from the maintenance mode,support system,etc.The implementation of the scheme can effectively eliminate the waste of existence,solve the existing problems,reduce the cost,improve the utilization of resources,improve the reliability of the short fault duration of the target.The innovation of this paper lies in the lean thinking theory into telecom service platform specialty operation management,put forward the scheme design of lean operation and management,the each link is described in detail,demonstrating the applicability and feasibility of the scheme,the final realization of lean operation and management.
