This all need the writer master the theory and production flow and management of FIC. The lean production project cover the MRPII and JIT merged, change the line quickly, production line balanced and so on. the theory also analyzes the result of LP project planned, we can get the conclusion that this project can help FIC decline the lead time from 25days to 8days and decline value added time from 490 seconds to 390 seconds, the other side, the production assure method and the change of purchase must help decline the cost and make the production cycle time quicker. This result can explain the project is successful, But if this project can get so successful in the future, the writer declare some action difficulties, and hope these difficulties will be solved in the future.
