Suburbanization Context Of Small-town Tour Construction Research

The area space layout with "each village looks like a town, and each town looks like a village" has been hampering the economic and social development of the suburbs, and has affected the industrial structure upgrading and living condition improvement. However, the combined development with more than two neighboring towns with compensated functions, resources and infrastructures can be shared and co-constructed to reduce the repeated construction and unnecessary corrective competition. In this way, the area space layout and development environment will be greatly improved, and the efficiency of utilize the resources can be increased.This paper, on the basis of the theories of economically developed area's suburbanization and small towns development to analyse the realistic problems and challenges on suburbanization and small towns' developement, and then put forward the conclusion of the small towns combined construction is an effective way to solve the paradox of suburbanization, a necessity to enhance the regional competition, and an effective measure to realize the overall development of the urban and rural areas. It took Liangzu group, Hangzhou city as an example to analyse the group background, basic condition and development goal, then propose suggestions and measures on the group mechanism operation from 4 aspects:administrative mechanism innovation, financing channel widening, operation mechanism improvement and urban-rural concentrative mechanism establishment.
