A Study On Quality Evaluating Indicator System Of Large-scale Project

The economy of China is under the prompt expanding period at present, the government's infrastructural investment policy has improved the construction project development healthy and prolonged. The quality of construction project is the key control feature of government administration department, also is the social focus point, at the meantime that is the most difficult part of construction project management. The quality control management is not only the important part of modern project management, but also is the core of construction project management, that is the key to decide if the project success or not.But, in the fact, the faulty construction qualities still block the project to hand over on time, and the benefit has been influenced. The Chinese government has make many policies and laws to control the construction quality in these years, meanwhile, all levels construction administration departments have enhanced the quality control supervisons, but the situation of construction quality still severe. The reason is the quality control system doesn't have enough scientific and effective control methods.Based on the current demand and target, this paper will study the quality evaluation model and method of construction project deeply. First, we will contrast and compare Chinese existing quality control models and methods with abroad, conduct the comprehensive analysis for the theoretical study result regarding construction project quality control index of china and overseas. Secondly, make the construction project quality evaluation index system for the large-scale construction project based on the basic quality evaluation index system, that has been make through the site investigation and experts' suggestions. This paper create the project quality evaluation model through the factor analysis method, and do the fact sample index study that come from Dalian construction project samples, test the application prospect and the effect of project quality evaluation, then, bring the acpects of future investigations.
