Study On Management Pattern Of Agent Construction System

This paper improves agent construction system carried out at present and puts forword the first kind pattern which syntheticizes the characteristic of Shanghai pattern and Shenzhen pattern, on the basis of analysing the managing pattern characteristic of agent construction system system carried out at present everywhere in our country, overcoming the Shanghai pattern deficiency that the government handles from enterprise, changing inside entrusts of the government departments for the outside bid the needs of entire society, to greatly improve enthusiasm for enterprise competing, now that the feasible improvement pattern will be suitable to large-scale special field type project and minitype or reformed type project; Besides, This paper puts forword the second kind improvement to agent construction system, in association with Virtual enterprise theory, namely form Virtual enterprise of agent construction system, which improve large amount of coordination problem brought about by the multi-level client existing in management pattern of agent construction system;and it analyzes the relevance problem which needed to pay attention to Virtual enterprise of agent construction system.
