China Mobile Risk Assessment Project Progress

The central enterprises must conduct the total risk management according to their own actual situation, which is ordered by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission with the "Guide of the Central Enterprises Total Risk Management". It will be helped to improve the enterprises management level and competitive ability to make them develop steadily.This essay detailedly described the actual application process of the schedule management and earned value management theory in project management with the China Mobile Risk Evaluation project as the background. It combined the theory and practice, the investigation and documents analysis or research. At first, the essay outlined the basic theory and usage of the schedule management and earned value management. Secondly, it discussed detailedly about the application of schedule management theory in the project of the China Mobile Risk Evaluation. It described the process of project schedule observing and controlling by the three levels system of the schedule and plan management. At last, the essay described the application process in the project with discussing the coordinating the relationships between the schedule control and the cost, and the optimization methods of schedule management by using the earned value technology.This essay made the schedule management and earned value management theory applied in the non-traditional daily management projects.
