Based on that, the paper proposes specific programs on grid planning. The paper states that by 2010,2015 and 2020, the separate additional capacity of 9040 MVA,9040 MVA and 11730 MVA is needed. The total investment is about 14.466742 billion yuan in the entire planning period, of which,5.502247 billion yuan during the next National Twelfth Five-Year Plan period and 1.68225 billion yuan during the next National Thirteenth Five-Year Plan period. The paper studies the the financial evaluation on grid planning, and analyze the financial and social benefits of this grid plan based on theories.
