With the severe competition and standardized policy of real estate industry in China, real estate companies have changing their merchandising strategy from single product promoting to brand promoting. Great changes have taken place in old way of operation of real estate companies and the market has converted from seller's market to buyer's market step by step. Therefore, here comes to the high quality inquire of both products and services. Companies should not only satisfy consumers physically, but also mentally. Nowadays, real estate companies have entered into a stage of brand competition, where you can no longer depending only on low price to win the market. It is highly urgent to build up a great and influential brand. To build up a brand is becoming the core factor of keeping big market shares and high profits. Well, in fact there are many powerful and influential companies have already treated name building and promoting as the essential method in this new era. As the final pattern of market competition, brand definitely plays a crucial roll in real estate market competition in China.This essay takes brand name build-up as the clue, and further discusses those problems which appearing during the process of building-up brand theoretically and practically. The brand development of real estate industry has experienced three stages. It takes a long time from the early stage of mess management to the third stage of gradually realized the importance of brand building. With the improvement of managing level, here comes to several famous brand names among real estate companies. However, we still stay in the comparative low stage as we saying brand building in a whole. Not mention to find a grand, strong and reputable name. Through the analysis of special factors for brand-building, we could then further give out the research of the whole status of China's real estate brand. By using empirical study, we can understand consumer's knowledge of real estate brand and their receptivity of these brands and analysis those leading corporations. To build up and shape a brand, especially grand brand is a long-term work. You could also find some strategies, ideas and advises of name build-up and implementation in this article.
