With the development of market economic , establishing brand is not only the route of the survival and development of enterprises, but also the best approach to increasing market shares and winning excess profit. To real estate industry, the competition among real estate enterprises have come into the brand competing from the first locality and price competing. While, for the competitions of the future, will not only be limited in the estate's brand, but also go to the project's brand, then to the corporate brand.So, to the real estate enterprises should change the mind from the product managing and company managing to the brand managing. Through building the strong brand which be based on the future, can gain the continuable rising of the business value, and the same extra values can give to the benefits' relation group such as customers, shareholders, employee, government and the society.That comprehensive using and integrating the elements of brand, is the key point and core, to build the strong brand, show the brand characters, even to unfold the brand soul. The innovation of this paper lies in: 1) setting up China real estate industry went into the brand competing age. 2)the key and success point is to build the strong brand. 3) Through the analysis of a real estate company named R&F Group, the article expatiates how to build the strong brand , and put the feasible measure for the long-range brand value management and development.
