Along with the time's development and society's evolution, the human society has marched into the knowledge economy time quietly. A new concept's appearance often symbolizes a new time's coming, the knowledge economy's appearance make the organization aspects,organization behavior, leader way as well as people's values, thought pattern and so on of traditional society can't be able to adapt with the modern society's fast transformation rhythm.The knowledge economy's influence is comprehensive,profound and revolutionary to the human society.Under this proground,traditional's "on integration" leader pattern has received the unprecedented challenge and impact,new leader pattern's appearance is going out gradually. It can be said that, the knowledge economy's emerging is attacking the traditional leadership theory and the method,initiating organization shape's profound transformation,and arousing the birth of new leadership idea, the theory and the way as well as the new leadership pattern which adapts with the knowledge economy.The authorization is front research area in the modern leadership study,and is slso the dispute lay in the leadership theory. Many leaders thought that the authorization is as if very simple, it is only a porcess which one gives the work to the subordinate and lets them to complete. However in the realistic lay, the authorized process is not so, many leaders always can't grasp the standard well,then appeared many predicaments which counteracted the original intention in the authorized process.Without a doubt that the authorization has already became an important method in enhancing leadership potency.The leader in favors of encouring the subordinate exercises his authority indepently more and more according to the comprehensive faces,and strengthens the compatibility and flexibility of the administrative organization.But the appearance such as the excessive authority,insufficent authority,invalid authority and so on in the authorized process,they can't promote the working efficiency of the administrative organization and make subordinate's enthusiasm and creativity suppressed,then initiates a series of disadvantageous execution in the administrative organization.This article refers to the predecessor theory achievement and is in the foundation of the Western leadership authorized theory,take the dialectical materialism and historical materialism as the instruction, take the utilization administration organization theory,the leadership theory as well as the real diagnosis research technique, unifies our national condition,launches the research to our country's administrative leadership authorization predicament,and hope to make my own contrivution in this domain.The full text research centers on the following four parts.
