Lean Quality Management In Changsha Cigarette Factory

By using the method of lean production and quality control together with the current world advanced production management theory and technology such as: SIGMA management, the advanced manufacture management information technology, this paper gives a suitable quality management system by giving constructive ideas and suggestions on extending and execution of lean quality management system, which will improve the quality control level of Changsha cigarette factory.
