Introducing lean production is a good way to improve the ability to adapt to the market, lower production cost and enhance competitive competence for Chenzhou Cigarette Manufacturing Factory.This paper designs a mode of lean production system based on the theory of lean production and the practical condition of Chenzhou Cigarette Manufacturing Factory. Firstly this paper systematically clarifies the theory of lean production including its basic concept, innovation, characteristics, frame and main content.
