This article aims to a developing rapidly Real estate enterprise T Co.Ltd, applyHuman Resource Management theory and Performance Management theory,Be engaged in the experience this working combining with the author himself,set off from the strategy angle, placed a specific study to examine how performancemanagement is implemented in the T Co.Ltd, seeks for set of practical and feasible plansto lead T company's performance management behavior.The article first elaborated the real estate profession development process, the real estate Performance Management present situation, Performance Management pattern outline,and then carried on the analysis to the T Co.Ltd Performance Management present situation, identify the two main problems of the company's performance management, firstly, erroneous understanding of the performance management's theory, secondly, erroneous operating process of the performance management; then analyze the cause of the above questions.Based on this, the combined company actual situation, and integrate use of the Balanced Scorecard, Target Management Act, the essential performance target inspection law and so on many kinds of performance supervisor mode, re-design of the staff performance management system, combining the enterprise's strategic target and the achievements management system. re-create the enterprise's strategic target system, then layer upon layer decomposes enterprise's strategic target to each department so carries out each post, then through each department's performance carries on to each level's the manages and improves the cascade to achieve the enterprise strategy goal, and applies the performance management into human resources, salary payment, promotion, and training.
