Research On Assessing System Of Enterprise Independent Innovation Ability

With the more rapid development of globalization and more fierce competition,the independent innovation ability of enterprise has become the decisive factor for winning the competition advantage.Setting up a series of assessing system on independent innovation ability of enterprise to access the innovation capacity of enterprise and comparing the innovation capacity between different enterprises,provides the academic basis for government to make some support policies and guides enterprise to make or adjust innovation strategy.Basing on the theory research,the paper expounded some theories related with technology innovation such as motivity theory of technology innovation,technology innovation ability theory,assessing theory of technology innovation,nation innovation system theory and some theories related with independent innovation such as innovation ability theory,assessing theory of independent innovation.The paper analyzed four models about the independent innovation ability system of enterprise.After consulting the process model, the paper set up the assessing system of enterprise independent innovation,including evaluating principle system,evaluating factors system,data processing system.Finally,the paper take big-medium enterprises in Shaanxi as example,divided all the enterprises into 28 enterprise clusters according to the industry,evaluated the independent innovation ability of different kinds of enterprise by demonstrated,and arranged the optimization close quotients of independent innovation ability in 28 kinds of industry of big-medium enterprise in ShaanxiThrough research,the paper said:we can use empower-weight quantifying and Euclidean Norm to compute the optimization close quotients,when assess the independent innovation ability of enterprises.Then, basing on the value of optimization close quotients,we can order them,which just reflect the independent innovation ability of enterprise.According to computing optimization close quotients of enterprises in Shaanxi,the independent innovation ability of "transportation equipment manufacturing" enterprise cluster is strongest,the independent innovation ability of" the food industry "enterprise cluster is weakest.
