The Analysis, Based On Behavioral Economics, Project Manager Of Real Estate Enterprises Incentives

The project manager , who take charge of the process of real estate development, plays an important role in the whole company structure and is the key of the project's success .At present , project manager are paid by Yearly Pay or Executive Stock Option designed from the theme of principal-agent. However , those modes meet so many difficulties , such as law and policy need improving; agent theory can't explain the reward , the low sensitivity between performance and compensation is not interpreted by the theory of principal-agent.There are six parts in this research report.
