The project manager , who take charge of the process of real estate development, plays an important role in the whole company structure and is the key of the project's success .At present , project manager are paid by Yearly Pay or Executive Stock Option designed from the theme of principal-agent. However , those modes meet so many difficulties , such as law and policy need improving; agent theory can't explain the reward , the low sensitivity between performance and compensation is not interpreted by the theory of principal-agent.There are six parts in this research report. The first part introduced the background and purport of the topic, and modern research situation of national and international .The second part presented the concept and theory of incentive mechanism. The third part analysed the particularity of Real estate enterprises and Project manager, and pointed out the recent problems through analysing and introducing the project manager requirement , last raised the necessity to perfect incentive mechanism.The fouth part made a comment on the principal-agent theory 's form and development and realized the faultiness through Behavioral Economics , then indicated the fusion of Behavioral Economics and incentive mechanism is the incentive mechanism's new development direction .The fifth part proved the research that Behavioral Economics made on Project manager is actualer than traditional incentive mechanism made, by comparing different hypothesis of human nature .The sixth part , we should set up a perfect system of Material incentives and Spirit incentives, according to Project manager's practicality...
