| As a manager of GD Company, on the basis of researching work, the author has investigated the current implementation status of IS09000 quality management system and made the conclusion that the company also suffer from some problems, while enjoying the competitive advantages IS09000 quality control system brings about. All these problems affect their management improvement seriously, such as those in system document planning and preparation, document administration, human resources, design & development, surveillance & measurement and continuous improvement etc.With analysis of these problems, the thesis presents the following solutions:1. Take good quality planning.2. To emphasize the effects of leading.3. Human resources department needs to provide all-round support to the implementation of the system.4. Take good operation and supervision of the system5. Keep the sustaining improvement of ISO9000 quality control systems.6. Using other management tools as assistance to ISO9000 quality control systemsThrough carrying out ISO9000 quality systems and the above measures effectively, GD Company can advance its management completely and keep improving its management system, thus keeping developing among fierce competitions. And this also can be a guidance for some Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). |
