Control Method Based On Dynamic Game Theory Construction Project Supervision Objectives

Along with the reform and opening up to the outside world of China, and the high development of market economy system, the construction projects supervision cause developed rapidly and became mature incessantly. Construction supervision is a scientific management system which has been carried out in construction field in China. It has strategic meanings for shunting the economic system and exploiting the international construction market. However, with the great social and economic benefits has been made by the construction supervision in the field of construction projects in China, there are also a series of problems and defects which led to the low target control level of construction supervision, and can not achieve the expected goals, as a result, there are long distances to be link to international practice, the construction project supervision face new challenges. Therefore, the ways to improve the controlling effectiveness of supervision goal has become important issues which need to be faced to by the supervision workmen.Thus, the research on the control methods of construction project supervision goal (investment, progress, quality) is already imminent at present, however, the research articles for supervision goal control theory, method are rare, the supervisory goal control methods based on the quantitative and qualitative analysis are still scarcely, Therefore , the research on supervision goal control work is a new and urgent task for supervision research workers in the reform process of construction field in the current.Based on the subject knowledge of dynamic game theory, and integrating with optimal control, dynamic game theory, differential theory etc, the article has been introduced and summarized the supervision control system and supervision goal control system of construction projects at the beginning, then has been analyzed ,explored, researched, constructed model for supervision goal control methods of construction project, finally, used the actual cases to demonstrate it, in order to make contribution for the healthy and orderly development of Chinese project supervision career. The main research conclusions of the papers: 1.The establishment of the control framework of construction project supervision.2.
