Corporate Social Responsibility is a global trend. Corporate social responsibility issues have been paid more and more attention by the theory and practice field. Especially whether fulfilling the corporate social responsibility will damage Corporation value, and whether the Corporation can find a balance between the two are the focus of the attention.Through a large number of documents to read, this paper clarifies the concept of corporate social responsibility, conducts and analyzes the origin and evolution of the path, as well as the concept of the scope and nature of corporate social responsibility, which based on the summary of the evolution history of corporate social responsibility theory. This paper also generalizes the current domestic and foreign empirical Study status between corporate social responsibility and business performance, and describes the coordinate of the development of our corporate social responsibility. On this basis of all the above, this study tries to construct a model of the relationship between corporate social responsibility and corporate value from the perspective of stakeholders and social capital, in order to provide a theoretical support to the relationship through the game analysis of the stakeholders.Now China lacks of the social database of the corporate social responsibility related, which is the data sources of the foreign related empirical study. Limited to such objective condition, this paper considers the problem existing in the quantization of corporate social responsibility, combines with the development process of our corporate social responsibility, and provides the study design of the empirical research on the basis of theory analysis. This paper uses content analysis method to study the relationship between corporate social responsibility and corporate value by analyzing the annual data of China small and medium-sized listed companies.Results show that, there is significantly strong relevance between the current corporate value and the current corporate social, as well as its relevance between the current corporate value and the corporate social responsibility of the following period. And the latter is stronger than the former, which validates the theoretical assumptions of this paper that to fulfill the corporate social responsibility will improve corporate financial performance directly. On this basis, this paper uses multiple regression method to analyze the 2007 corporate social responsibility (indicates) and 2008 corporate value further. And the results show that employees and customers have a negative regression coefficient with corporate value among all the stakeholders, which is contradicted to our model analysis but constant with our China corporate developing status.
