Erp Applied Research In The Production Plan Of The Railway Vehicle Manufacturing Companies

Facing the big ever marketing chance, the railway car manufacturer is obliged to improve its capacity for the production management. In that way the enterprise will realize its goal strategically. As the core of the production- orientated company, the production plan applies the ERP management or further integrates all the company business, which will be the leading way of company mission realization.The paper puts more emphasis on the application solution and implementation during the ERP realization process. It is based on the ERP theory combined with the author's experience and feeling on the railway car manufacturer ERP project implementation.Through the specified case and actual application data, the paper focuses on the description—the business process of the ERP production plan (abbr, P.P.), the general frame of P.P., the generation process of P.P., the maintenance and configuration of production data and the key trouble-shooting. The better result has been arisen during the application because the paper shows not only the integrated theory system but also the adoption of some special means on the key issues with the characteristic production in the railway car manufacturer.Hopefully, the author can explore one ERP solution tailored to the railway car manufacturer production management.
