In order to enhance the effeciency and gain competitive advantage in the competitive market,more and more enterprises outsource their information technology.In china,information technology outsourcing is adopted by more enterprises and the IT outsourcing market is active.During the outsourcing process,how to realize the success of outsourcing,to gain high outsourcing performance and satisfaction is one of the hot research topics.At the same time,companies are care about the factors which have influence to the success of outsourcing during the process of outsourcing decision, vendor selection and negotiation,contracting.This research bases on the completement of contract,pointes out that the success of outsourcing is impacted by complete contract and relationship govermance according to relationship contract theory.Setting the phase of contract design as the research object,the research propose the model of factors affecting outsourcing success,designs questionnaire,collectes datas,and then make experimental analysis to validatethe assumption.We get the solution that there is significant positive influence between relationship quality and contract completeness,meanwhile, during the phase of vendor selection,negociation and contracting,active communication of the two parties and keeping align with business strategy have positive impact to the relationship quality.Enterprise should pay attention to the vendor capability during vendor selection.The research provides reference to the success of the outsourcing.
