Universities For Distribution Project Management

In this thesis,the theory and methods of system control and enterprise management are used.The example of electric power project for new campus construction in Ocean University Of China is investigated to study the setup of project control system form on the major aspects of project management and control processes.we do some research in human resource management and the cost management.The research in based on scientific analysis of the impacts and operational patterns of the project management and control systems.Meanwhile,topice on improving the control system and adapting to the changes in the management organization are discussed.To the characteristics of management and control system whole process of construction,the paper analyzed to controlling and losing,experience and lesson on project control in the whole course of construction.We hope seeking a set of cost control method in the whole course of construction to suit the Chinese national condition,according to the actual situation in our country basic construction items.
