Research On The All Process Finance Management Of Electric Power Infrastructure Construction Project

With economic development and improving people’s living standards, China’s demand for electricity is also increasing, also the size of the electricity power infrastructure. The project management got relevant attention from the scholars, enterprise managers and the investors. Now most of the electricity power infrastructure projects took financial work as the important work, but lacked of financial management. Hence conducting a research on this subject will adapt to the rapid development situation and constantly improve the electricity infrastructure project management level.Through literature review and research on the status, this paper found that the electricity infrastructure projects were equipped with the huge capital investment scale, the long construction period and also the complex and highly integrated features construction. And the investment were equipped with the features of huge growth rate, fluctuations and diversify funds. Under this situation, the problem can be improved and perfected by the financial management of electricity infrastructure projects.This paper divided the project management into the feasibility study stage, preliminary design stage, the bidding phase, the project implementation stage, the final acceptance stage, the completed stage, the final accounts stage and the post evaluation phase. In the real case, those contents above were realized through the strengthening of the above preliminary financial management, strengthening project cost management, effectively preventing financial risks, involving in the project timely, budgeting, strengthening the post evaluation, using information technology tools and improving internal controls. Practice tests found that the effect of the implementation of the financial management of the whole process turned out to be good. It made the cost and risk under control and improve the financial management level. This paper provided the research and practical reference for the financial management system.
