The intergrated business subsystem of Chengdu telecom CENTREX which is designed by Haodu Company according to Chengdu telecom CENTREX business, group and small number management, external interface specification, designed to achieve sub-module. The sub-module has been in smooth operation for about 7 years since its successful launch in 2000. The current users are in tens of thousands. With increasing volume of businesses and user quantity, the sub-module has exposed its limitations, mainly in rough operation and inefficient,it taste lower to important customer These problems call for urgent solutions. Since the present system is in good condition, and the uses to be maintained are numerous, it is vital to optimize CENTREX management process and improve customer satisfaction while minimizing impact on current operation.Combining the actual conditions of Chengdu telecom integrated business system CENTREX's design ,development and maintenance, the author designs prioritized subsystem management schemes to achieve clear division, efficiency and low-maintenance. In field design ,development and maintenance, the author achieved good results in the expansion.The problem solved and the main contributions of this thesis are:1) Analyzing CENTREX process and bringing forward the concept of the empty shell ,designing a new and more efficient process based on previous methods;2) Packaging the business processes by use of workflow models ,and abstracting a complex business into many relatively independent activities .Various activities could be added to the business processes freely.3) Through full communication with frontline, adding enquiry functions to enhance display efficiency at system level and improve the functionality of user interface, thus improving the user experience.4) Partially realizing automation of some functions through changing interfece with other systems and some other system renovation. Chengdu telecom business system is a pioneering way of supporting system and can give some guidance to the development and improvement of other similar systems. |
