| As global economic integration and China's reform and opening up, the global retail giants have an unprecedented development in China with solid financial strength and advanced management foundation. International retail leader EO group has founded in 1924 with a history of 84 years. The UK's largest retailer is also one of the world three major retail enterprises. EO Group established a good and consistent growth strategy to strengthen its core business in the emerging markets while the expansion. A multi-strategy integrated by four parts has become the foundation of EO Group's success in recent years. As part of the strategy, development plans in China and enhancing non-food business in Asia region have become important tasks of International operation of the group.The thesis is a study of decision-making for operation mode of EO group Operation Center based on financial analysis. First of all, through the elaboration on the relevant basic theory, important function of financial analysis in the decision-making of operating mode is determined; Secondly, through the analysis of EO Group's operating status, especially analysis on Asian non-food commercial operation center set up program and the operating mode, the key role of financial analysis in business decision-making is affirmed; Thirdly, through the discussion on decision-making of logistic mode of EO China operations from the perspective of finance and taxation, the core position of financial analysis in decision-making of operating mode is stressed; Finally, positive and flexible direction trough financial analysis is applied in dealing with challenges towards EO Group Asia commercial operation Center.Through this research, it is helpful to make analysis and learn experience from international retail enterprises about the financial analytic skill and management planning on operating mode decision. This article is to use as reference for the development of Chinese domestic retailers. |
