China's Pharmaceutical Export Trade Situation, Influencing Factors And Response Measures Study

Since accession to the WTO,China has been one of the largest producers of medicine in the world.The pharmaceutical industry has one of the fastest growing speeds in china,with a considerable capacity to participate in the international market.However,in the situation of the global pharmaceutical trade integration and the medical and health market internationalization, China's international trade in medicine has also encountered a series of obstacles,such as some restrictions or barriers from drug import countries,and the competition for medicine international market share from western and some Asian countries.Today,the U.S.economic crisis,the growing intellectual property disputes,the RMB appreciation,technical barriers to trade,multinational companies' growing investment in our country all influence the trend of Chinese medicine international trade more or less.In view of this, this article analyzes the status of both international and domestic market,as well as China's pharmaceutical export industry development trend,and studies the major factors which impact China's medicine exports,then response measures,to minimize the negative effects.First,this article introduces the world market sales of pharmaceutical products,and then it analyzes Chinese pharmaceutical products status and export trend in recent years,researches the foreign export regions and vireos export pharmaceutical products.This article focuses on the major factors that currently impact on exports of pharmaceutical products deeply in China.Combined with the current status of china,proposes the response measures from the aspect of government,industry,and enterprises to minimize the negative factors: the government should mainly focus on the construction of laws and regulations;industry makes full use of the positive role of trade associations;enterprises are the main participants of export trade,thus,they should pay more attention to the introduction of talent,open up new markets overseas,as well as the correct risk assessment and control under the current condition.
