Dh Futures Companies To Develop Strategic Research

With building up and improving market economy system,futures market in China, which set up at the beginning of 1990's,has come into the new stage to further standardize and develop.Especially,since 2006,there are significant changes in the environment of futures industry in China.Hence,the futures companies are facing historical opportunities and unprecedented challenge.DH futures company should set foot in the development status quo and diversification trend of company interior and exterior environment to seize the opportunities to explore the market,then make development tactics,including collectivity tactics,operation pattern,management strategies,and so on and so forth.At last,we should carry out those plans with corresponding relevant measures.There are four Parts in the dissertation.The first part outlines issues,object of this study,research method and framework of this study.The second part introduces the theoretical foundation for the strategic analysis-the Industrial Organizational Structure Theory and the Enterprises Resource Theory.The third Part analyses the competitive environment as well as the enterprise resource and competence for DH Corporation.The fourth Part point out that the DH company should choose diversification strategy as the base of corporate strategy for DH Corporation and makes some suggestion on its development.The last part outlines main measures to implement the strategy.The thesis tries to provide some useful information for the formulation of DH Corporation's corporate strategy.In addition,it is expected to offer references to other futures companies.Nevertheless,all the Points of view in the paper need to be perfected with development of the futures industry.
