Copper products is a major consumer goods in industry.With its excellent electrical conductivity,heat transfer,corrosion resistance,It become important metal materials for diverse industry including energy,electricity,transportation,light industry,especially information and telecommunication,and other high-tech industry,which give a wide range of the consumer market.With the steady growth of world economy,no matter in domestic or international market,the demand of copper products will continue to enlarge effective. So,based on HONGLEI's own understandning and practice,this paper discussed the strategy of development and some other issues.In this paper,in-depth analysis of the operation environment,competitions,market supply and demand in domestic copper industry are given.Based on the in-depth analysis, this paper also shows the problem in the copper industry,as well as the challenges faced. combined with industrial research theory,this paper give deep analysis for HONGLEI Copper Co.,Ltd,which focus on the wire and high-precision copper tube production,by SWOT analysis,considering advantages,disadvantages,opportunity and threats in development.a detailed analysis of HONGLEI Copper includes external environment and internal conditions and the characteristics of its product.Through in-depth study the theory of competitive strategy,this paper bring forward the strategic development of HONGLEI,establish the overall strategic objectives,clear the idea of overall strategy,and also plan its strategic business units,functions.In order to make the business strategy feasible,developed Copper Macro-lei of strategic functions,function strategy is divided into corporate culture strategy,marketing strategy,brand strategy, technology development strategic and human resources strategy.At last,the implementation of the strategy is discussed.
